What to bring?

Light clothing for day time (Shorts and t-shirts) and warmer clothes for nighttime and beach patrolling (Sweatpants and long sleeved t-shirts)
Rain jacket
Swimwear
Sandals (Hiking sandals recommended)
Closed toe shoes for hiking (boots or tennis shoes)

Sun glasses
Sun hat or cap
Torch (Headlamp and/or hand torch) with enough batteries
Insect repellent (however local brands such as “off” tend to work best, these can be found at any Mexican pharmacy or supermarket)
Small bag for day excursions
Water bottle for re-filling

Shampoo, shower gel/soap, deodorant, exfoliator, toothpaste and toothbrush

Sun Cream/ after sun
Medication (Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, antihistamines, anti diarrhea, anti-sickness such as dramamine)

Mosquito net
Tent mattress
*During the day, the weather is warm and humid and at night it is cooler and it is always best to have some sort of cover up.
Luggage
We recommend bringing backpacks where possible as suitcases with wheels aren't as practical for multiple sandy and rural locations.
